This blog is written by Richard Barrett FRSA. Richard is an author, speaker and internationally recognized thought leader on culture, and the evolution of human values in business and society. He is the founder and chairman of the Barrett Values Centre. He is also the founder of the Academy for the Advancement of Human Values. He is a Fellow of the World Business Academy and Former Values Coordinator at the World Bank.

The objective of this blog, The Voice for Values, is to present information, comment  and resources to help individuals and leaders build values-driven organisations, communities and nations.

In order to build a values-driven society we must first become values-driven ourselves. If you want to know what your values are, and what levels of consciousness you are operating from, you can do a free personal values assessment. You will get the results in a report which will be sent to you about two minutes after you have completed the survey.
